My trip was amazing I had such a good time, and my friends also enjoyed themselves, our trip was smooth the resort was beautiful and everyone was so nice. Our one complaint was the music, I mean we were the youngest people on the resort, but it was very techno and electronic, so that was the only downfall. Other than that, we all truly enjoyed our time! I’m already thinking about where I want to go next year because this trip made me realize I want to do this more often.

Claire, the people were great! They made sure we were ok from morning til night from the day we got there until we left. The media really took the stories and ran with it. We were saying how we wasn’t going to drink the liquor or walk around alone. Well that went right out the window lol. We drank from morning til night and walked around that beautiful resort all hours of the night. It was so beautiful!!! We can’t wait to go back.

Claire was an awesome Travel agent!! She helped us plan the travel portion for our destination wedding to St Lucia and dealt with over 60 guest!! She has lots of patience and even when dealing with some of our not so polite guest, Claire managed to stay positive and professional and we truly appreciate her for that! She eased my nerves and took in to consideration all my concerns and expectations she made planning our wedding stress free!! Just want to thank you for enhancing my very best vacation experience in Jamaica. It started when you upgraded my room from the Suites to the Iberostar Grand. I had no idea what to expect and you delivered.
I particularly enjoyed my room #6328 with a view of the ocean, the abundance of a wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, the grandeur and white orchids in the lobby, the immaculately clean grounds, and the slippers in my room. Our butler Darian (Spelling) and House keeper, Anika were simply the the best. Shout outs to Venessa and Barrington at the front desk. I’m here working on a saving plan to return to another “best vacation ever!”

Amazing Honeymoon
Planning a wedding is hard work! My wife handled most of it but I was responsible for the honeymoon. I called Claire based on a recommendation from a close friend. I told her what I wanted and she delivered. Not only did she book an amazing resort (Sandals Montego Bay) but she also coordinated my payments, included Club Mobay (highly recommend this service), and provided us with a private luxury car transportation to and from the resort (also highly recommend this service). Everything was incredibly smooth and the reality of the trip far exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking to take something off your wedding planning plate, call Claire – she’ll take care of the honeymoon. The Club MoBay was all that it was advertised to be. Sailing through customs upon arrival and the personal service afforded by the staff was a Godsend. In order to get to our 7:00 am flight in Tampa it required us to leave home at 3:30 am, catch a parking shuttle off property at 5:00 am, and arrive at the airport no later than 5:30. We changed planes in Ft Lauderdale & by the time I stepped off airplane in Jamaica I was so ready to be pampered. Thanks a million for facilitating that service for us, especially at the last minute.
May I say that the service we received at the resort was unparalleled by any other venue we’ve visited. The warmth, care and attention given were extremely lavish and much appreciated.

Exceptional Top Notch Service
Claire Skies Travel is top notch! I enjoyed every minute working with Claire. I had no idea how to plan a destination wedding, but she was there to calm my nerves. Claire took the time and explained the entire process to me over and over again until I got it! There are so many good things about Claire Skies Travel, however what I appreciated most in the process is Claire’s communication plan. I believe communication is the key to everything and she nailed it! She was always reachable by phone or email for my guests and I. When she had to travel and might be out for a few days, she made it very clear of her availability and the frequency of her responses. Being a project manager, that was a BIG PLUS for me.
Claire met us the morning at the airport to see us off with the family – I was very surprised to see her and very happy she was there. While abroad, she reached out to us a few time to ensure all the travel arrangements were going good for us and our guests. Exceptional Service!

All I can say is Claire is the truth!!! Her professionalism is amazing! She supported us through the whole process, from beginning to end! Claire was available to us and our guests during some unforeseen issues at the resort! If we could give her a 100/100, then we would!!! All of my guests and my husband and I absolutely love her! Any travel we do, we are using her services. Why? Because she is so responsive, it is insane, not only with the wedding couple, but with all of the guests. Having a destination wedding for most guests is a first so there is ALOT of questions. But she never was bothered by the numerous questions. We sat down with her to go over possible resorts and she recommended IBEROSTAR Rosehall Suites. Everyone could not stop talking about the resort. Great recommendation! We also had to postpone the wedding and she was able to get the resort to use our initial deposit so we didn’t have to spend more money. Communication was excellent. We flew through our travel because at every turn we had all services in place. I would recommend her over and over. The one negative comment is obviously a crazy person because she always puts her clients first and all of the other reviews are what I experienced. All guests now want to use her because of how thorough and professional and that’s what you need as a bride. No worries.

Claire handled travel for my Jamaican wedding at Moon Palace Jamaica Grande, Ocho Rios, Jamaica , this past July. She was able to book over 160 guests for the wedding…no easy feat. I’m sure glad that she was able to coordinate the travel arrangements for my guests, one less thing for this bride to worry about. We had a few minor hiccups during the check in process at the hotel, but nothing major to spoil the festive mood of the occasion. She was tremendously helpful in giving each guest tips on how to navigate international travel. Most commented on how affable and professional they found Claire to be.

This review of Claire Skies Travel and Mrs. Claire comes a few months late; however, I would be remised if I did not share my destination wedding experience (from deciding on the perfect location/resort, to the seamless travel experience to our actual wedding and on through to our honeymoon accommodations) with the guidance from Claire Skies Travel.
I originally met Mrs. Claire two years ago at a wedding expo in Washington, DC. When my now husband and I decided we wanted to have a destination wedding, in summer 2014 I knew I had to look into finding the best travel agent to assist me. I called around to a few travel agents and was immediately discouraged by the way most of the travel agents made me feel as though arranging travel for my destination wedding was no more important than planning travel for a family reunion or girls getaway. As my determination heightened, I begin searching through emails from vendors from the wedding expo I attended the year prior. I came across an e-mail from Mrs. Claire at Claire Skies Travel. I gave Mrs. Claire a call to inquire about the travel agent services offered with Claire Skies Travel. She immediately congratulated me on my engagement and began asking me a series of questions about my finance’ and I, our destination wedding desires and background information on her services. I was so excited….I finally found my ideal travel agent! I informed Mrs. Claire we wanted to get married in Jamaica (because it’s one of my favorite vacation spots and it’s where my husband’s family is from). Mrs. Claire was excited because she is from Jamaica as well (this was a total blessing!)
After informing her of our wedding date 6/6/15, she immediately begin providing us with potential wedding resorts that she felt would be the perfect location(s) for us (4 1/2 to 5 star resorts). There was no financial obligation to us at all; yet, it never affected the remarkable quality of consistent, responsive and reliable service we received from her from the 1st day she began working with us. If she wasn’t available (which was very rare) someone from her staff would be available and assist. Mrs. Claire was very knowledgeable of the best resorts that Jamaica had to offer, and also the resorts she knew from personal experience would make our wedding day a dream come true (and provide the best accommodations for our guests). After deliberating on 2 of our favorite resorts, Mrs. Claire was able to arrange our 100 guest destination wedding and honeymoon stay at the newest resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica-The Hyatt Ziva and Zilara! This was incredible, because the resort was still under construction and wasn’t open for guests yet! However, since Mrs. Claire is so well known in Jamaica, she had the distinguished privilege to visit the resort before the public. When she came back and told us how beautiful the resort was, I knew my wedding dream would become a reality. She assisted us with taking advantage of the best pricing for our guests, free airport transfers and a VIP airport experience! Claire Skies Travel provided us with a beautiful custom wedding link to send out to all of our guests, which explained all of the travel details for our wedding. I didn’t have to handle any questions from friends or family regarding resort pricing, airfare or passports (one less thing to stress about as a bride)! All of my guests loved working with Mrs. Claire. I didn’t receive one complaint from even our most difficult friends and family members. Mrs. Claire was always willing to share information with me if I inquired; however, she made it a point to keep me reassured all was well (her way of keeping the bride happy). Mrs. Claire was always willing to go above and beyond (e.g. if I needed her to reach out to someone at the resort- like my wedding coordinator, on my behalf since the resort wasn’t open yet).
Our travel experience to and from Jamaica a few days before and after our wedding was perfect! We were greeted by signs, had our bags taken from baggage claim to our resort transfer and was ushered to the front of the line in immigration. We felt like royalty! It was refreshing to hear that our family and friends had similar travel experiences. Mrs. Claire was so thoughtful to follow up with us after we returned home to ensure we were pleased with all of the accommodations and our travel experience. This review was written with a lot of love and gratitude to Mrs. Claire and the staff at Claire Skies Travel.

Had the most amazing experience booking out holiday travels through Claire SkiesTravel Agency. Our agent was our coordinator, therapist, friend, confidant and all of the above lol. We booked our trip back in June. Yolande (our agent) made sure she got us the best deal. The amount of time and effort she put forth was indescribable between checking any and every Caribbean locale, accommodations, pricing, food. She made sure she researched everything before booking our vacay according to our standards. We ended up choosing Montego Bay, Jamaica bc they had the best flight options and the best hotels! We kept checking the weather a week before hand and were nervous at the chance of showers. I probably emailed Yolande every day for reassurance. I felt bad but she was there every step of the way trying to make us feel better (she didn’t have to do that ) once we got BWI to start our vacay we decided that we wanted to extend our vacation to Miami once departing Montego Bay. While we were on the flight Yolande called Southwest and made all the arrangements happen (she doesn’t get paid to do any of that). I thought it was so special of her to go that extra like for us considering she wasn’t making a dollar off of us while sitting on the phone with the airlines trying to reroute our tickets while getting us an airline credit at the same time. The customer server was stupendously out of this world. They’ve been in business for over 25 years and are well versed on the travel industry. I can’t wait to book with them again.
