I hope you will be able to join me in celebration of my birthday in Ocho Rios on the beautiful island of Jamaica from April 20-24, 2023.

I have reserved a block of rooms at the 5-star, all-inclusive resort, Moon Palace for my guests to come spend this special time with me!

Reservations will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis so we encourage you to make your reservation and deposit right away! Be sure to make reservations through Claire Skies Travel, our designated travel agency, so that your reservation will be made at the special rates within our reserved group block.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT INFORMATION:

An initial deposit of $100 per person (double/triple/quad) or $200 per person for single is due with your reservation no later than December 30, 2022

2nd payment $200 per person due January 15, 2023

Final Payment/FULL BALANCE due no later THAN February 10, 2023.

Bookings made outside of the group will pay additional to attend private events.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full package cost is non-refundable without travel insurance.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS INTO JAMAICA:

COVID-19: Protocols that must be followed for entry into Jamaica are determined by the Jamaica Ministry of Health and are subject to change without notice. U.S. CITIZENS: Valid passports are mandatory for everyone traveling internationally, and for entering or re-entering the United States by air. Many destinations require Passports to be valid at least six (6) months past the scheduled end of your trip, and contain at least 3 blank pages for official use. Travelers intending to secure (or renew) a passport, are encouraged to do so at least 4 months prior to travel. No visas or special immunizations are required for this itinerary.

MINORS: When a minor is not accompanied by both parents or legal guardian we recommend that the responsible adult traveling with the minor take along an original, notarized, signed letter from the absent parent/legal guardian authorizing the minor to travel with you. Please check with your air carrier.

NON-US CITIZENS: are advised to contact the Embassy of Jamaica at 202-452-0660 and obtain the specific entry requirements for their nationality.
