  • Rates listed are per person, based on double occupancy and are inclusive of all taxes and port fees.
  • Triple and quad cabins are limited on the ship. These cabins are subject to availability and pricing at the time of confirmation and payment. Full deposit amount will be required.
Prices per person based on double occupancy. Single occupancy pay 200% of rate.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE (minimum deposit requirements per person)

1st DEPOSIT  –  $50 per person plus optional trip insurance (minimum $100 per cabin) by Friday, September 30, 2016.

2nd DEPOSIT  – $200 per person by Tuesday, February 28, 2017.
FINAL PAYMENT –  due on or before Monday, May 31, 2017.

***Note cabins are not assigned until full $250 per person deposit received.

Payment by Credit Card: Signed credit card authorization required. Note: Prices shown are subject to increases beyond our control (such as taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, etc) even after your reservation is paid in full.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Dining: The cruise line will confirm first or second dinner sitting on a “first come, first served” basis after names and full deposits are received. Early (6:00 PM); Late (8:15 PM). If your preference is not available, you may be wait-listed and an automatic email notification will be sent if clearance occurs.
  • Gratuities: Additional. Approx $12.00 per person per day for your waiter, assistant waiter and cabin attendant will be automatically added to your shipboard account. A service charge (approx. 15%) is automatically added to all bar beverages. Room Service staff may be tipped as service is rendered.
  • Special Services: Guests with any medical, physical (including pregnancy), or other special needs, are required to contact the cruise line directly to confirm suitability to travel and discuss the details of their specific needs.
  • Accommodations: Triples and quads on request, subject to availability. Any occupancy change may require a cabin change, subject to availability.
  • Notice: Smoking is prohibited in all accommodations.

CANCELLATION GUIDELINES:

Per person fees apply to cancellation of a deposited reservation and are calculated based on the date written notice of cancellation is received. To qualify for the least restrictive penalty/fee, reservations must be cancelled in writing and received by Claire SkiesTravel no later than 3:00 pm local time, on the last day of the appropriate cancellation period. The following fees apply to room nights cancelled:From time of deposit until May 31, 2017, $250 per guest is non-refundable. May 31 to Jun 30, 2017 50% of cruise rate per guest is non-refundable. Jul 01, 2017  to Jul 26, 2017 75% is non-refundable. Jul 27, 2017-Aug 10, 2017 100% of total cost per guest is non-refundable. No refund in the event of “no shows,” interruption, or cancellation by guest after the start of the cruise. We strongly recommend the purchase of trip insurance.

Although we know you wouldn’t dream of canceling your vacation under normal circumstances, the unexpected sometimes happens. To protect your investment, we strongly recommend coverage.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION: Foreign Entry Requirements

Foreign entry requirements vary by nationality. We are happy to assist in advising entry requirements for the countries to be visited on your itinerary. However, it is the sole responsibility of the traveler to identify in his/her own country of origin, and obtain at his/her own expense prior to departure, the specific valid travel documentation (such as passports, visas, health, and insurance) required for admittance into all the countries on his/her itinerary and to produce them when required. TRAVELERS WITH INCOMPLETE OR IMPROPER DOCUMENTATION MAY BE DENIED BOARDING THE AIRCRAFT, TRAIN, OR VESSEL, AND REFUSED ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY, AND WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND.

PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED:

U.S. citizens require passports with a minimum validity of 6 months for entry into Mexico. Minors: Guardians of minors traveling internationally without both parents are advised to take along an original, notarized, signed letter from the absent parent(s) granting permission for travel. Non-U.S. Citizens are advised to contact the nearest diplomatic or consular office for each country to be visited on their itinerary (or through which they must travel), and obtain the specific entry requirements for their nationality.
