The host hotel for accommodations for the International Instructors Course Jamaica is the RIU Ocho Rios located approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from the Montego Bay International Airport.
A block of rooms has been reserved with special rates through Claire Skies Travel, the designated travel agency for the course.
Reservations will be confirmed on a “first come, first served” basis so we encourage you to make your reservation right away, but no later than Friday, December 15, 2017.

The first 2 persons in the room regardless of age pay the adult rate.

A deposit of $100 per person double/triple occupancy OR $200 single occupancy is due with reservation by Thursday November 30, 2017.
Final payment is due no later than Friday, December 15, 2017.
Initial trip deposit is non-refundable. After December 15, 2017 package cost is non-refundable without travel insurance***
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS INTO JAMAICA
U.S. CITIZENS: Valid passports are mandatory for everyone traveling internationally, and for entering or re-entering the United States by air. Many destinations require Passports to be valid at least six (6) months past the scheduled end of your trip, and contain at least 3 blank pages for official use. Travelers intending to secure (or renew) a passport, are encouraged to do so at least 4 months prior to travel. No visas or special immunizations are required for this itinerary.
MINORS: When a minor is not accompanied by both parents or legal guardian we recommend that the responsible adult traveling with the minor take along an original, notarized, signed letter from the absent parent/legal guardian authorizing the minor to travel with you. Please check with your air carrier.
NON-US CITIZENS: are advised to contact the Embassy of Jamaica at 202-452-0660 and obtain the specific entry requirements for their nationality.
